All orders should have the HOMESTYLE AGED CARE FACILITY name on your shipping details. 
Where does your order ship? 
Free shipping/delivery only to HOMESTYLE AGED CARE Facility you provided on your order. Alternatively, you can organise for your order to be picked up from our office at Keilor Park VIC warehouse. 
All orders are delivered through Couriers Please or Australia Post’s eParcel and will require a signature upon delivery.  

How can I track my order? 
Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account. Once the tracking number is located, please visit the appropriate carrier below: 
If you haven't received the order yet:
Please allow some time for the Couriers Please or Australia Post website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email.  

Can I pick up my order? 
Any order can be collected from our Keilor Park VIC warehouse and, of course, at no charge. Orders consisting of non-bulky goods can be transferred to one of our showrooms for pickup, also at no charge. Please note that we do not carry stock in the showroom for you to take home. If you would like to have your order transferred to a showroom for pickup, this will need to be pre-arranged when you make your purchase online through our store pick up option at checkout. Not all showrooms can accommodate large or bulky goods for pick-up at this time.
